Leif Ohlsson began working at Åkerströms as 14 years old and have been faithful since.
We celebrated him on his 50 years working anniversery with cake and a gift from the Company.
"His working life began in 1960 when Åke Åkerström stopped the car on the village road in Björbo and rolled down the window.
- He asked if I wanted the job, and I said yes. He did know me already, "says Leif Olsson.
- I like the job, I actually think it's fun all the time and still have had no reason to stop, "said Leif Olsson, who, however, intend to put an end to work after the Christmas dinner. He will soon turn 65 years so it's time.
Some recreational problems, he expects not. There are forest clearing, cottage to entertain and motorcycles be tinkered with. Especially proud is he of the Silver Arrow, he got by Jan Åkerström when he worked for 40 years. It was manufactured in 1956 and as good as new, has mostly been used for nice rides in the village.
After Christmas looks Leif Olsson forward to being at home, and have time to play with the grandchildren. "
